Description: Federal inlaid mahogany settee having rectangular inlaid panel in center flanked by reeded crest rail, reeded arm on turned and fluted supports over oval three flower inlaid panels, all set on reeded legs with brass capped feet and wood wheels, probably Charleston, South Carolina, circa 1810. Wood Analysis states: Secondary woods yellow pine, black walnut with ash front rail.
