A sailor’s shellwork valentine composed of a variety of small, colored shells arranged in geometric and floral designs centering a heart motif, set in a square wood frame under glass. Retains its original backboard.

Condition: Age-expected wear, discoloration, and some shell losses; frame with wear; overall intact and decorative.
