An apothecary cabinet fitted with twenty small drawers over a pair of paneled cupboard doors, retaining original wooden knobs. Scraped surface with remnants of old paint showing through.
Height 46 1/2 inches, case width 21 1/2 inches, top 8″ x 22 1/2″
Provenance: Collection of Barbara Rothschild Michaels and Roger Michaels of New York City and Ossining, New York; many items passed through the family from the Estate of Herbert and Nannette Rothschild
Condition: Surface wear, age cracks, and paint losses consistent with age and use; structurally sound.
