dates range from 1775–1778 to including Continental Congress emissions of One Sixth Dollar and Half Dollar dated February 17, 1776, Three Dollar notes dated November 29, 1775 and South Carolina Three Dollars dated December 23, 1776 (printed 1777), two Four Dollar notes dated February 17 and May 9, 1776, and a group of Seven Dollar notes dated July 22, 1776, November 2, 1776, and September 26, 1778. Many retain their original Hall & Sellers nature-print backs featuring anti-counterfeiting leaf impressions. Various signatures, serial numbers, and condition.

All lots are sold “AS IS.” Condition reports are available by request and answered in the order received starting the week of the sale. Our in-house buyer’s premium (for absentee and phone bidders) is 25%, with a 3% discount for payments by cash, check, wire, or Zelle. If bidding through a third-party platform, payment must be made through that platform. The online buyer’s premium for all third-party sites (Invaluable and Live Auctioneers) is 32%, third party platform users are not eligible for any discounts. Our buyer’s premium on our own website (bid.NadeausAuction.com) is 30%, with a 3% discount for cash, check, wire, or Zelle payments for buyers using only our site or bidding in-house.
