Group of vintage Christmas postcards, most depicting animals in festive or winter scenes including horses, dogs, birds, and other animals, often accompanied by holly, wreaths, and holiday greetings such as “Merry Christmas” and “Kindly Thoughts.” Includes printed and chromolithographic examples with decorative borders and period typography; some with writing or postal use to verso, circa 1900,1960. 3 1/2 in. x 5 1/4 in.

All lots are sold “AS IS.” Condition reports are available by request and answered in the order received starting the week of the sale. Our in-house buyer’s premium (for absentee and phone bidders) is 25%, with a 3% discount for payments by cash, check, wire, or Zelle. If bidding through a third-party platform, payment must be made through that platform. The online buyer’s premium for all third-party sites (Invaluable and Live Auctioneers) is 32%, third party platform users are not eligible for any discounts. Our buyer’s premium on our own website (bid.NadeausAuction.com) is 30%, with a 3% discount for cash, check, wire, or Zelle payments for buyers using only our site or bidding in-house.
