Yellow Gold, Silver Topped Gold, Enamel, and Diamond Floral Spray Brooch
designed as a large bouquet with scrolling foliate stems, enameled leaves in translucent green, and floral clusters set throughout with numerous old mine-cut and rose-cut diamonds, the brooch centers several larger old mine-cut diamonds, mounted in the center of the principal blossoms, surrounded by smaller rose-cut stones in prong and bead settings, together forming radiating floral clusters, additional blossoms and buds are set with rose-cut diamonds, with further accents on the bow-form ribbon at the top of the spray, the reverse fitted with a hinged pin stem and secure clasp, 18th to 19th century
height 2 7/8 inches; diamonds are approximately 6-10 carats with an approximate color and clarity range of H-I, Sl1-SI2; 32.06 grams total weight
