Items containing ivory cannot be purchased or shipped by bidders residing outside of the United States or California, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Oregon, or District of Columbia. If an ivory item is purchased by a bidder in one of the above mentioned locations or attempts to ship ivory to one of the above mentioned locations, bidder will forfeit the item and be responsible for any incurred fees such as a restocking fee.
