Chinese Brass Box with Jade Plaque
Box: 19th Century; Plaque likely earlier
A rectangular Chinese brass box mounted with a celadon jade plaque, the plaque carved in relief with a female figure riding on a leafy vessel beneath clouds. The jade appears to predate the box and was later mounted into the cover.

Condition: Very good overall; minor surface wear and tarnish.
Pen signed print, of loons in a pond titled Silent Passing, signed Clint Jammer and a print of a large Trennastone wall, pencil signed lower right and a picture of a girl in bra.
