being sold as is and primarily in parts to include the framework interior of nine rooms, room paneling, molding, windows, and all woodwork currently being stored at Yale University’s West Campus, along with parts, plans, and copies of blueprints for the home, this house features several rooms having wonderful raised paneling walls, rooms seven and ten were previously installed at Yale University from 1932 to the early 1970’s
Please Note: This is not a complete house, all parts must be removed in a timely manner from Yale University’s West Campus and no items or parts can be left at the campus, removal of the items from the University will be at the buyer’s expense, appointments for the removal must be made in advance
