depicting a cowboy on horseback leaning forward with a bouquet in hand, rendered with Speed’s characteristic sense of humor and fluid movement. The horse is modeled mid-stride with lively muscular definition and textured surfaces, while the rider is shown smiling, hat tipped, and reaching ahead as if approaching his intended sweetheart. Finished in a rich brown patina and raised on a circular wooden base.
