Dave McGary (American, 1958–2013) “Beaded Sioux Moccasins”
finely detailed patinated and polychromed bronze sculpture depicting a pair of Sioux beaded moccasins, modeled with McGary’s characteristic hyper-realism. The surface is cast with intricate faux beadwork and leather texture, the colors carefully applied to emulate traditional Plains bead patterns. Set on a circular wooden plinth.
