Our in house buyer’s premium (applies for absentee and phone bidders) is 25% and we offer a 3% discount for cash, check, wire, or Zelle payments. If you are bidding through a third party platform you must make payment through that platform. Our online buyers premium for all third party sites is 30% (there are no discounts offered for 3rd party bidding platforms).
