set with square, triangular, and rectangular step-cut red garnets forming the arms, set with graduated rose-cut diamonds; the pendant surmounted by a foliate spray motif centering a pear-shaped rose-cut diamond within an arrangement of additional rose-cut diamonds; the reverse with plain polished gold cross and silver foliate framework, fitted with suspension bail.
