Group of three original Sunday comic strip art boards for Half Hitch, created by Hank Ketcham and distributed by King Features Syndicate, with artwork executed by Dick Hodgins. Ink on bristol board, each featuring full multi-panel Sunday format layouts with printed mastheads and hand-applied Zip-A-Tone shading. Dated examples include July 26, 1970; December 27, 1970; and July 1, 1973. The scenes depict naval and domestic humor characteristic of the series. Margins retain editorial notations, paste-ups, production markings, and light toning consistent with newspaper syndication use.
Largest sheet 18 1/2” x 26 1/2”.

All lots are sold “AS IS.” Condition reports are available by request and answered in the order received starting the week of the sale. Our in-house buyer’s premium (for absentee and phone bidders) is 25%, with a 3% discount for payments by cash, check, wire, or Zelle.
