Gothic-style sterling silver liturgical chalices, each with a gold-washed bowl and faceted, tapering stem rising to a hexagonal knop decorated with molded Gothic ornament, the spreading foot is shaped in a six-lobed form, one with applied cross decoration and the other with a smooth surface, both retain their original bright gold wash throughout, one engraved “In Memoriam / Sept. 24th 1897 – Sept. 26th 1910”, the other engraved “In Memory of Jennie M. Cullinane”,GORHAM hallmarks (lion / anchor / G), “STERLING,” and pattern numbers 2190 and 2714
height 9 1/2 inches (for both), first chalice: 21.7 troy ounces, second chalice: 11.6 troy ounces, total weight 33.3 troy ounces

Condition:

Both in good condition, minor gilt loss and light scuffs
