Condition Reports are available by request and answered in the order they are received starting the week of the sale. Our in house buyer’s premium (applies for absentee and phone bidders) is 25% and we offer a 3% discount for cash, check, wire, or Zelle payments. If you are bidding through a third party platform you must make payment through that platform. Our online buyers premium for all third party sites is 30% (there are no discounts offered for 3rd party bidding platforms).
