Swiss Silver Pair Case Verge Fusee Pocket Watch
17th-18th century, Silver open-face pocket watch, 2 inches in diameter, featuring an elaborately engraved and engine-turned dial plate inset with two hand-painted polychrome enamel scenes of classical figures and a small white enamel time dial with Roman numerals. The gilt verge fusee movement with pierced and foliate balance clock, numbered 18758 and stamped II / HV to inner case. Retains original key.
